  • Coordinates additional resources such as compliance and technology
  • Introduces and implements new services
  • Strategy execution in conjunction with Client Relationship Managers/Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors
  • Helps ensure your day-to-day needs are met
  • Responds quickly to requests including correspondence, ad hoc reporting and transaction processing
  • Coordinates Inbound and outbound file processing
  • Assist with compliance consulting services (e.g., plan design and testing)
  • Oversees corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, spin-off, divestitures)

Plans with more than $50 million in assets will have an assigned Designated Merrill Lynch Financial Advisor — a member of an elite group with significant retirement and benefit plan experience. Each of these professionals must meet strict industry and Bank of America internal requirements and ongoing training to serve this channel. A designated FA can reinforce service quality, provide a local presence and participant education.
